Trial lesson

Trial lesson lasts 30 minutes and is free of charge. A 24-hour cancellation notice must be given if you are not able to make a lesson.

 

Payment policy

Payment for single lessons and lesson packages will be invoiced in advance and must be payed in full within 7 days from the day of issue of the invoice.

 

Duration 

One single lesson lasts 60 or 90 minutes.

One lesson package consits of 15 lessons x 60 minutes or 15 lessons x 90 minutes.

The lesson package must be completed within 6 months from the date of payment. Unused lessons after that time will be considered as expired.

 

Cancellation of the lesson

Please give a 24-hour cancellation notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your lesson. All cancellations made within less than 24 hours of appointed time will be charged for the full amount of your session unless there are special circumstances such as  short-term illness.

If lessons are cancelled due to the fault of the teacher, they will be re-scheduled.

 

Cancellation of the lesson package

Cancellation of the lesson packages after the course start is not possible and the fees are non-refundable, unless there are special circumstances such as serious illness or hospitalisation, accident, immediate family bereavement or other serious personal circumstances.
